Dior Glow Maximizer - does a healthy glow in a tube exist?

shade 001/30ml

I blame the wonderful review and general raving by Sali Hughes for this purchase.

Having heard her rave on about this in both the written and the spoken word I finally had to see what all the fuss was about.

The Info;

  • Light boosting primer
  • Brightens dull complexions
  • Amplifies the skins natural light

My Thoughts;

As ever, Dior never fails me, I often wonder why I don't have more from the brand.
Sali Hughes was right to applaud this tube of brightness.
Perfect if you're not a fan of highlighters, especially those they leave you resembling a glitter ball.
This pink lotion, applies easily to the face, transforming to a golden light that enhances, lightens features and gives that dewy glow we search for.
I have heard from beauty blogger chums who have found this too shimmery, for me it isn't and is generally a thing I avoid but it proves we all see and wear things differently.

This is perfect for days when it's no makeup but you don't want to scare yourself in the mirror, it mixes with foundations, blends over bases and can be used as a highlighter on cheekbones, brow bones etc. A tiny amount gives a flattering glow and healthy look to your face.

I love the texture and lightness of this product, it truly gives a soft focus finish with subtlety
The small amount needed, even for the whole face means this will last for quite a while.

I am hooked, thank you Sali Hughes.
