OMOROVICZA - Hungarian mist anyone?

OMOROVICZA
Queen Of Hungary Mist

Finally I got my hands on a bottle of the Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist. I have read and heard about this for a couple of years, but stuck religiously to my rotation of Serozinc, Caudalie Beauty Elixir and Neals Yard Remedies Frankincense Facial Mist

Queen of Hungary Mist - a right royal start, this facial toner was inspired by the worlds first recorded perfume for the 14th century Queen Of Hungary.

I am unsure what ingredients were used to create the initial fragrance, it has neroli and rose listed as the scents for the mist but inspiration appears to lean heavily towards Savlon (I know, but it does) it smells medicinal - it immediately makes me think of poorly knees in need of cream and a plaster.

I like the packaging of the product, a lovely frosted glass offering with minimum information on the bottle. The Omorovicza emblem graces the front and this looks perfect in the bathroom, clean and sleek.

This fine spray facial mist, purifies and hydrates the skin, it also feels very refreshing and can be sprayed over makeup. I can see this would be perfect in hot weather to cool the skin, though the packaging is heavy, it's not ideal for keeping in a handbag and Omorovicza could do to make a smaller size.

I like the fine mist of the spray, it settles over the face without wetting it too much and hydrates as it absorbs, it also soothes and refreshes but the fragrance is rather off putting. As nice as the product is, I am unable to spray and not think Savlon! I want it to lift my mood, enliven me (not too much) but this conjures up pictures of many years nursery nursing and scraped knees and elbows, not sure that's what Omorovicza had in mind?

Would I purchase again? - I'll get back to you on that.
