MAY LINDSTROM - The Honey Mud Cleanse & Masque - may the mud in your eye be as good as this!

May Lindstrom Skin products have to be some of the finest I have ever put on my skin in the 30+ years I have obsessed, worked with, bought and trialled products. 
I have been very lucky to sample and own few things from the small range of products, proving that when you have great items that work, you don't need a vast range for the skin. 

First in my declaration of love for the brand is The Honey Mud cleanser and masque. The smell alone sold it to me, yes, you guessed it, it smells of pudding, lovely rich, tummy warming, emotionally pleasing dessert. This did perplex me at first, what does one do with a pot of gooey, caramel coloured goo? 

This is a cleanser like no other, it can be used daily but for me it's a twice or thrice weekly treat for my skin and it is superb. Massaged onto damp skin this luscious mix of raw honey, bee pollen and white halloysite clay will remove makeup although I prefer it as a second or even third cleanse as part of my evening skincare routine. This pudding worthy treat loosens the days pollutants and adds active enzymes and nourishment, balancing the skin. When removed this leaves my skin in the most amazing condition, soft, clear and super clean, I glow in all the right ways from using this. 

This also works as a mini treatment, apply for 10-20 minutes and let the masque reinvigorate your skin. If you want a breathtaking skin, then this is a must. 

I have the mini pot and it's lasted for nearly six months, this was using it once a week but it will last if you use it sparingly. 

The May Lindstrom Honey Mud is one of the best items of skin care I have used and bought from a brand created by a former model, using only organic, biodynamic, vegan, sustainably sourced and carefully harvested ingredients. 

Each skincare item has a lot/batch number and a date when it was made, stating 'made fresh'. My honey mud was made in April 2016. For me, the ingredients, the care and freshness of the products are a massive appeal but overall it's the quality, results and my glowing skin that sells it every time.
