Joanna Vargas Daily Hydrating Cream, maybe one for the Winter?

This was my last product of my Love Me Beauty subscription, a brand I had heard of but never had the opportunity to try and although I had originally chosen the exfoliating masque, this was the product I received (long story).

Joanna Vargas, a lightweight hydrating coconut scented cream presented in a practical plastic jar. The contents look rich and creamy, with avocado and jojoba oil, shea butter, the texture of the cream is light and it blends into the face leaving a subtle dewy finish. 

This hydrating cream can be included in morning or evening routines, it works superbly well as a base for makeup and equally a nice warm scented finish to an evening routine. 

For me, it isn't the richest of creams, the subtle texture and quick absorption leave my skin wanting more, the slip isn't 'greasy' enough for me, it's a pleasant texture, the sweet, fruity smell is my favourite thing about this product. I would use this as a summer product, perfect for the evenings and rich enough to keep my skin hydrated. Or, as I have done, I have layered the Joanna Vargas cream with facial oils and that works a treat, my skin is dewy, just how I like it. For the Winter I prefer something with more slip, a good old-fashioned pot of cream is my choice.
