Bodhi & Birch - Shower Gel Temptations - Mint

Botanical Dew, Rosemary Chi, Siam Ginger, Ginger Brew, Neroli Facial Oil, Lime hand serum, Mint Temple Balm, Rosa Rosa Clarifying Cleanser - the list is all the beauties that have been an adventure of discovery for me. From my first outing with the brand to my current 'new to me' shower gels to try, I am always excited by the selection, the fragrances that Bodhi and Birch products offer and the glorious uplifting effect these products have on my person and my skin.

Having fallen for The Mint The Temple Balm, it was felt I needed to try the Mint bath and shower gel, this Beauty Shortlist Awards Winner is part of the refreshing range from Bodhi and Birch. This is bathings version of having a coffee to wake up, get ready for your wake up call!
Such a refreshing choice for holidays to really cleanse and freshen the body, ideal after exercise (I would imagine), this is perfect to get your day started and ideal for a therapeutic soak in the bath. I found it ideal when I was suffering from hay fever, it just cleared my head and refreshed me.
Blended with peppermint, eucalyptus, spearmint, warming frankincense and sweet marjoram to boost circulation, condition the skin and nourish dull skin. This blend also makes for a great to boost energy, relieve feelings of fatigue and ease muscle aches. It's a bottle full of healing and care.

If I could sing as Gordon MacRae does in the film Oklahoma then I would, well actually I wouldn't because that would be weird!
Using this does require a good bellow of 'Oh What A Beautiful Morning', this really wakes me up, refreshes me and certainly with a coffee and this Mint The Shower Gel I am ready to face the world.
A beautiful fresh awakening product lifts the spirits, cleanses the skin and sets you up for the day.

Keep a watchful eye for a new launch in the Autumn, body oils, anyone?
