A New Year and aside from my need to empty every room and have a 'good sort out', I also have broken out the Ingenious Beauty Collagen Capsules, which I have been saving, not sure why, but 2018 seemed a good idea to make a start. I have taken these previously, see below...
After having the opportunity to try Ingenious Beauty Collagen capsules in 2016, review here. I was delighted to have the chance to take them again, I did see changes in my hair and nails in particular last time, so, let's see what 2018 brings. More to come, I'll update you half way through the course of tablets and then at the end.
