CND Wild Earth nailing the new seasonal colours

CND Vinylux range grows with each passing season, the colours embrace the tones of the times ahead and with their long-lasting, non-fading colours, you really are spoilt for choice. Welcome to the Wild Earth collection, depicting the colours we are looking towards as the season changes.

Blue Moon – a deep, cobalt blue
Dreamcatcher – a rich, dusky purple
Arrowhead – a creamy earth
Spear - a muted terracotta
Element – a warm, soft red
Brimstone – a beige neutral

I chose three polishes from the new range, Arrowhead, Dreamcatcher & Element, the first being a russet brown that has a mauve depth to the shade and the most gorgeous nod to the Autumn season, two coats gives a glossy finish and a stunning dark colour. Arrowhead is about as earthy as you can get from the range, and, it really gives warmth and depth to the nails, a stunning colour that looks different in varying lighting, I adore the mauve tone that makes it far more than just a dark nail polish.

No surprise that I couldn't say no to the beautiful shade Element, this a pink/red tone and two coats, as you can see, left my nails glossy and looking red-dy for Autumn. I love a red polish and this gives a lift to the traditional red by adding that brighter pink tone, it stops the colour looking flat and it will also lift the whole look as the light changes heading into the Autumn, this polish will stand out and make a statement. A classic shade that CND has cleverly updated to give a lighter tone.

Finally, Dreamcatcher, I have yet to apply this, the reason is a good one, CND Vinylux polishes last so long, that they don't need taking off for well over a week, make that two. The range, I have found, is one of the most long-lasting out there, and that is without using a top coat, although, I do love to add Seche Vite over my colour. CND have their own top coat which leaves nails super shiny, but, I am too impatient to wait for it to dry, years of fast drying top coats have turned me into a paint and run type of gal.

Dreamcatcher is a purple haze, it's brighter than expected, rich in colour and screams Autumn, I love wearing purple in the colder months, it just works with the changing light and my changing mood, think that's another post, I just adore the violet tone, perfect against a navy or even a green coat, this is one shade that won't leave you in the shade.

CND Wild Earth is a creation of superb shades that lead us by the hands from Summer into Autumn with glorious rich, warm, vibrant and glossy shades.
