YSL Touche Eclat All In One Glow Foundation

Yves Saint Laurent, my years working for the company taught me so many things, one being, you can never have too many Touche Éclat and when they do a product well, they do it superbly well. Touche Eclat All In One Glow is exactly that, superb.

All In One Glow sits well in this tube, the fresh, dewy consistency is easily dispensed with the pump and I find one application gives the natural finish, add another half a pump and it takes it to a medium coverage. Superbly lightweight, it feels like nothing is on the skin, easy to blend and the 70% concentration of watery essence makes it an interesting consistency for a foundation.

After shaking the foundation, and applying the product to the face, you can see the foundation separates, I would recommend using fingers, a brush or sponge will absorb a lot of the product.
It does look 'wrong' for a product to be this way, but, I assure you, once you begin blending, the magic happens. It binds together giving the softest and most flattering coverage for the face, not obvious, just polished. It also evens out the tone of the skin, leaving a flawless complexion.

Touche Eclat All In One Glow has no glitter particles, the dewy effect is all down to the cream to water formula. Using three times more hydrating agents than other foundations from the brand, this also continues to hydrate the skin, leaving a healthy look.
From my first use of this, I have become obsessed, it has been my go-to base product, ideal for a subtle makeup look, but, equally the base that gives perfect skin, for a finished, polished look. I think it's a rare product in that it will take you through each season. Spring/Summer, the base can be natural and soft, with a stunning glow, it also has an SPF of 23, I personally always use a separate SPF. The flashback isn't bad with this product, so, great for special events. Autumn/Winter the coverage is buildable and looks beautiful powdered down, you don't lose the glow, powdering achieves a gauze-like effect to the face.

You can check out my YouTube tutorial here and see the foundation in action.
YSL Touche Eclat All In One Glow has to be one of the best the brand has delivered, it is certainly, one of the best bases I have ever used, truly flattering for us older birds and super delicate and equally flattering for the baby birds out there. I have oily/combination skin, I embrace the glow and adore this, however,  if you like a truly matte base, this may not be for you, but you're missing out on a treat, though.
For polished, immaculate makeup, the base is so important, make this your base of choice, you can thank me later.
